Can you implement the API in HTML?
No. Your server needs to be running PHP in order to communicate with the API. You'll end up in a real mess if you don't have access to PHP. Most hosting providers do give you access to PHP hosting however and it shouldn't be too expensive. Monkeydevil can offer suitable website hosting for £125 (ex VAT) per year.
You've offered plug & go code, but there's just a message saying 'coming soon' there. Where is it?
Let us know which specific piece of code you need and we'll get it to you, then publish it on the site. We'll try to get the plug & go code on before you need it, but we're really busy!
